Always a lovely experience shopping @ David Jones, especially @ sale time. Yet they do offer marked down" sale items all year round - on a small number of items. Make sure you keep an eye out for these hidden bargains. - each branded clothing zone

Horrible customer service. Called and asked if they stocked skims which I was told they do so I drove 20 minutes to get here, had to ask 4 staff where it was located and sent to multiple areas as no one knew where they were in store. Then when the 4th person finally showed me where they were there was literally nothing besides a bra or two. Won’t be coming back.

Used to be a loyal customer at David jones garden city, first time I’ve ever shopped at David jones Carindale since the closure of garden city, couldn’t do anything and wouldn’t do anything due to lack of authorisation from other stores. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Poor Customer ServiceI was told they will replace my $800 mixer purchased a month ago as the silver paint had come off (yes it looks like scuff marks but only used it once or twice) after showing the salesperson photos. I went to the car, loaded in the trolley, took it back to the store only to be told that they only had a display one available which already had a couple of scratches. So I said no thank you, can I upgrade or change the colour.She goes and asks another salesperson and they come back and tell me I have to contact Kitchenaid myself or leave it with them indefinitely so they can contact KitchenAid.Not surprised that not many people shop and David Jones anymore when there’s no friendly customer service anymore.

David Jones Carindale is a lovely aesthetically pleasing store.However extremely understaffed I waited 30 mins in the fragrance section after asking for assistance from a staff member.I then attempted to pay then had to go to 2 check outs to find an attendant.First check out I went to 2 attendants were talking as I waited for 5 mins neither made an effort to help.Very clear they were understaffed. Myer was much better. But did not have stock of the fragrance I wanted. Probably because they assist their customers

After halving their footer space from two levels one David Jones has really brought all concessions together well and the sales are great. I recently bought my wife some expensive items for her birthday. They were packaged and wrapped beautifully for my click and collect. Great service all round at David Jones Carindale. My only issue is there is items out of stock frequently

Always disappointing. Went in today, as usual, totally ignored by staff just standing around talking. Eventually asked for help which appears reluctantly given. Moved on to next sections - mens fragrances. Again ignored. Eventually asked for help, but no testers available (apparantly not given them) and limited stock. I went home and ordered online from someone else. And DJs / Myers wonders why they aren't doing so well.......

Great staff. Always helpful. Often a decent sale on. Great selection. Much better than their main competetor that seems to just keep getting worse.

Went to David Jones on Sunday and Sandra in the perfume / cologne department was the definition of five star customer service. She was very friendly and approachable, provided comprehensive knowledge around different brands and the district ingredient's that make them unique. Great service!
