Very helpful staff to overcome what was a first and difficult circumstances. Thank you for your assistance. Accolades to switchboard staff, Mitch and his team at Bentley and Max the friendly and considerate tilt tray driver. Not out of the woods yet, but a replacment transmission is on its way to Wanneroo Automatic who have been very helpful to date.

I have RAC roadside assistance, when I got EGR fault & Dynamic stability control symbol appears on the dash board I have called RAC then the technician diagnosed the fault code, immediately towed by RAC to this canning vale RAC facility.I have been contacted by Mitchell, for the fault rectification EGR Cleaning etc , Mitchell explained costs for various services that they offered for EGR Valve replacement/Exhaust system cleanup/Timing belt change etc.They all seems to be genuine. EGR cleanup & re fix they charged 480 $ pretty reasonable & Break fluid change 110 $ its too reasonable as well.I recommend every one to use RAC canning vale for better Auto service.

Super helpful and friendly! Helped us out by charging and testing our secondary battery to see if it was dead. It was. Gave reasonable quote for a new one.

I always have my car serviced at RAC Auto Services in Canning Vale. They keep my aging car running perfectly and let me know whenever there is anything that needs a little more special attention.

I don't know nothing about car yet I could feel the big difference after service. And complimentary car cleaning was really impressive considering it's free of charge. I usually go to RAC near my home(Bentley) but I couldn't book there so I chose this place near my work and I think I will coming back here for regular service. Good job!

Excellent customer service, was unwell but they gave great quick turnaround, no muck around within 30min an advised straight back to dealer, highly recommend.

Such a great place to have your car serviced The lady at reception was so welcoming and the courserty van to take me home and bring me back when my car was finished was very helpful. Took my vehicle in to Canning Vale (as I have been doing for years) for an Essentials Plus service.I am usually more than satisfied with the services and customer service but not yesterday unfortunately.When I had the car home I noticed it was still quite dirty and on closer inspection also noticed new scratch marks on the rhs fender (possibly from the mechanics belt buckle as he leaned over the car, greasy hand marks on the fender, the tyres were not blacked, and my spare wheel had not been checked because the wheel cover was padlocked. The padlock key was on my keyring which was with my car!These things are all listed as part of the Essentials Plus service.I called in to RAC Canning Vale this morning and the manager came out to speak to me. He was most apologetic and explained that the person who would usually have done the plus" bits was off sick and said he would speak to the 1st year apprentice who did the job re the cleanliness (or lack thereof).At no time was I offered anything to rectify the situation

RAC canningvale was very professional and informative. They literally saved me getting ripped off and loosing $7,000If you are looking at buying a second hand car definitely take it for an RAC check, worth every cent!
