My daughter wanted a phone for her birthday. Bought one from BecexTech In Melbourne they sent the wrong color Phone big problem.Phoned the Gadget Guys in Brisbane with 3 days to get another phone in time for my Daughters birthday.They Express post the phone ( the right color) that afternoon and I received it 1 day early.Great condition phone Excellent service very understanding staff and extremely helpful they called me about 5 times to follow up on the progress.Highly recommended I could not have found a shop that cared more to help me out.Thank you so much..

Have purchased a few phones from here over the years for my family and all have been great. Both my kids have cracked screens and damaged their phones a couple of times and the Gadget guys were able to fix them at a great price. Highly recommend! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my next phone or repair.

I stumbled upon the Gadget Guys from afar on Gumtree. I found the device I was looking for and after payment cleared the device arrived promptly, well packaged and exactly as it was described. The team were great to deal with and very efficient. Only thing I could say is that I would have liked the option to pay via PayPal but 10/10 would recommend and use again. Thanks Gadget Guys!
