He was patient and respectful of my budget and allowed me to take time before making my final decision. Adam went above and beyond to create my fiance's dream engagement ring! January 2019My son had his engagement ring custom made by Reems Jeweller and he was so pleased with the result. The service from Adam Sr and Adam Jr were outstanding and personal; they genuinely cared about my son’s thoughts and feelings toward his engagement ring.My son was very particular, fussy and detailed when it comes to great design and both Adam Sr and Adam Jr were very accommodating and have produced beautiful engagement ring.Both Adams were very proud to be a member of a family of generations of Reems Jewellery producing beautiful and elegant pieces of fine jewellery.I have also bought jewellery for myself and they are stunning. Helia and Hani were my heroes that day.2nd September 2020. I was stressed looking for our rings that would be used that evening for our marriage ceremony. (Yup very rushing)I walked in to REEMS and was hesitated if i should buy them here or not because they might be too expensive for us. I found the ones we were looking for (plain yellow gold rings) but the price was far too expensive. Hani and Helia helped me to look for the other option which is silver. They measured the size and get them fixed to fit my fingers and my husband's too.However, my husband's ring did not fit his finger at all so he came to the shop to get it fix later. Haha hope it will fit this time!I was so happy with their help and kindness. Highly recommended!!!

My husband and I got our wedding bands custom made at Reems. Adam went above and beyond, and always checks in with us when we pass by! The rings they made were beautiful and the service was so incredible. Thank you for being such a big part of our special day!

Couldn't be more thankful or happy with the service from Adam! I visited a couple of retailers before deciding to go with Reems, and I'm glad that I did. Adam's knowledge and very high attention to detail was definitely something that I didn't experience with other retailers that I've ever been to. Adam was amazing throughout the entire journey of me picking out an engagement ring - countless changes, calls and visits to the store and Adam was always professional, friendly and very accommodating. Adam and his family helped me find the perfect wedding band to suit my engagement ring. They have such a wide variety and I knew I was sure to find the perfect band from their selection of beautiful diamonds. Their service is next to none and they were such a pleasure to deal with. They couldn’t have done more to make to make the process and my experience easier. They even took the time to finesse the band over a few times until it was absolutely perfect! And they never made me feel like I was too fussy or picky! I will definitely be back. Hands down the best Jeweller I have ever been to, Adam is just fantastic and always a pleasure to talk to. 2 years ago my wife and I brought her wedding band here and we were so impressed with the design and service we ended re-modelling her engagement ring (and old family heirloom) and they even refurbish my wedding band (also an old family heirloom). Since then we have always come back to Reems and always had the same fantastic experience.

Reems have been nothing short of amazing to me and my husband ever since he bought my engagement ring there. Their customer service has gone on long past the date of purchase. They are always happy to see you, offer to service your jewelery and have a wonderful family orientated approach to business. The jewels are perfect, the wedding band they designed is bespoke to match my engagement ring and both are beautiful. Very happy customer. Highly recommend!
