Could not rate them highly enough.

I went into peter van the party man on Wednesday the 10.10.18 needing a balloon bouquet for my partners birthday.The guy who ended up helping me was nice enough guiding me and helping me pick a nice balloon bouquet; but the other 2 staff members who were there, a young boy and a young girl were unhelpful and I found them to be quite rude!Anyways so I purchased a balloon bouquet, I was happy with the finished product;But come Thursday the 11.10.18 the had completely deflated. And the guy who helped me (older man) had advised me they would last a certain amount of timeAnd they did not.I spent $40 dollars on these balloons and was really excited to surprise my partner with them, and she did in fact love them!But coming home to deflated balloons not even 24 hours after they were inflated/purchased was very very very disappointing...I can't say I was happy at all.I doubt I'll be returning to peter van the party man.Advised wrongly, unhelpful staff, customer service skills lacking....Buyers beware and do some research....

Great selection of products and balloon colours. I love that you can choose your balloons and they are filled on the spot. I have never had a problem with them deflating to soon.

Went here recently and bought 7 baloons and had them filled with helium for a balloon release on an anniversary and it cost me $19 so not too bad really. 1 unfortunately popped just before they were released but that happens.Staff were happy to help me find what I wanted, but give you space to decide and not push sales on you before you have made a decision.

I ordered a bunch of helium balloons for my son's birthday, and nearly 2 weeks later they are still afloat!! The normal helium balloons lasted about a week which was still impressive, but the foil balloons have lasted for so long!! Plus they were able to create the bunch on the spot, didn't have to order first so I was happy with that!

The place to go if you need party supplies. Balloons, Halloween costumes, hens night stuff, goodie bag toys, banners, it's all here. Good service - never had a problem here except they're busy on weekends so be patient.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. They have a lot of different party packages with a lot of flexibility regarding pick up and delivery. If you know what you want you can pay over the phone. The range is huge and they have a lot of products on display to help with decision making.

I went in there to help a friend who had a balloon order. I was early so I looked around for my own future event.Almost everything I was interested in had no prices on the items or no signs displaying the prices. When I asked for the price of one thing he said he'd have to scan it. I wasn't about to get him to scan 20+ things so I could get an idea on the prices.I did work out a lot of balloons etc had paper with a list of prices so I did look at how they display prices properly but a lot of the things that had my interest had no pricing anywhere.They need to get that sorted they could have earned A LOT of money from me that day.But apart from that the selection they have is nice. Average prices, parking available onsite with eftpos facilities.
