Thank you to Recruit Shop for your help in sourcing candidates for our NFP. Samantha was incredibly professional and easy to deal with. The organisation understands that recruitment is not our core business and takes the stress out of the process. As a NFP, during this time, spending is tight and Recruit Shop have affordable fees. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed by this agency’s service. I warn other businesses and childcare Centres to avoid doing business with this agency. We paid in advance for service never rendered. I would never make this mistake again. We explained to them the urgency of staff required but the staff assigned our case “went on leave” and weeks passed before we heard from them. In contrast they had been very keen contacting us daily until they received the money. Eventually they came back to us saying they could not even find one candidate for us because the market was tough, although they had never brought that fact to our attention once when they were closing the deal with us. They decided to return one third of the money back as per T&C. We argued we hadn’t received the service and had been misled by them but unfortunately the credit card dispute ruled in their favour since we had signed the contract. When we asked for our money back (partial refund as per T& C) they said they are going on leave again and they won’t refund us for another 3 weeks. Jeez! With so much leave taken, you wonder who runs the place! NEVER TRUST THIS AGENCY.

The staff at the recruitshop was very helpful. The pricing were reasonable especially when we're just hiring entry level staff and all other recruitment agency request a % of the salary which don't seem to make any sense. They are also able to cater my recruitment preference based on my value and able to opt out services that I do not need. Will use them again when I need to hire next time.

He has been very friendly, professional and has always responded to emails and telephone calls on a timely basis. He also refunds a portion of fee paid when a candidate is found as well as a guarantee free replacement within 3 months after the candidates starts. What more can anyone want? Brianna was very easy to deal with and I found the whole process relatively painless. We came to Recruit Shop after our independent recruitment process didn't achieve the outcome we had hoped.
