JB Hi-Fi Strathpine

This is one of my favorite electronic stores. Helpful and professional staff most of the time. There are times their goods are lower by $10-20 compared to DS. Huge selections of computer gadgets. Good return policy.

Bloody terrible service & extremely rude.Went in to purchase a new TV and I was spoken to like I was a pig & annoying.Clean Your act. Word travels fast.I immediately left, went to North Lakes JB HI Fi. What a difference. The manager Justin at North Lake's was so helpful.

A bit short on the floor staff. But as soon as I was spoken to they found me the right item I was after and a fairly good price. Plus the staff were friendly and finished the sale with a smile. I love to see people who enjoy helping the public.

Definitely not as good as they used to be, some of the male emo staff are arrogant and pigheaded. None of the staff wear ID lanyards, which makes it more frustrating as you are doubtful who to ask for with assistance. This leaves the customer often standing there looking bewildered. The tall streak and misery guard at the front is a cockbag too. It's a pity WoW Sight and Sound closed years back, as they had much better range, layout and prices. Hence the reason I buy nearly everything online, as JB are subpar in comparison.Whatever you do, don't get discs buffed here as they come out with chemical streaks and superficial scratches all the way around. Better off getting a whole new disc online.

Had to come to strathpine because my usual store north lakes did not have the item in stock. After being treated very well at north lakes with items having 60-100 dollars knock off I was shocked when I was offered 10 dollars off a 300 dollar item. We were treated like criminals after asking for at least 50 dollars off. Dont bother with this store as north lakes will always give you the best price with a smile.

As per usual with JB HiFi this store was packed with bargains and stuff you WANT!! And lovely friendly knowlegeable staff to sell it to you. Definitely not a difference in quality or service in THIS STORE compared to any I've visited in Sydney!

Probably the closest thing to online shopping in the flesh. They have a great range, pretty keen pricing, staff who actually know the products and they even keep stock in store, so you can take the goods home when you pay with your hard earned cash!

Great for appliances and laptops. Good music selection as well, both CD and vinyl. Computer accessories such as gaming keyboards and mice are a bit over - priced.Also sell vacuums and higher-end benchtop cooking appliances.

I was in this store yesterday and I had the most wonderful shopping experience that i have had in many years. The young gentleman that served me named Anthony was an absolute delight, my family and I all felt like he was an old friend rather than a salesman. Anthony was so patient with all of our questions (and there were many) even after I told him that we weren't going to buying today he happily gave us all of the information we needed for our multi room sonos setup.I will be highly recommending the Strathpine store to all of my friends. we all look forward to going back in and purchasing our sonos package next week from him.thank you very much.

Had to wait a fair while to get served at the computer desk. Staff walking past me, no assistance offered. Prices are ok and they usually discount items for you and match prices etc. All in all they're good but not amazing.
