Staff here are always willing to take their time to serve you properly . The shop is scrupulously clean and the fish tanks are amazing and sparkling clean .Also an advantage that I can bath the dog without breaking my back . I cant recommend highly enough .

Petquarters has everything you need for whatever pet you have. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rewards system is a great incentive to continue as their valued customer. They will even test your tank water so your little aquatic friends stay healthy too. Big thumbs up!

Had the most awful experience yesterday at the Belmont store. Wow what awful employees you have. Should be embarrassed. My 3 year son and I were looking at buying a fish with a tank - willing to spend good money. The guy working near the tanks couldn’t even make eye contact let alone say hello.Not one person asked if I needed help. Mind you I was the only customer in the store. Asked the lady at the counter about dog jumpers and she couldn’t even bothered helping me. I’ll go to Bennett’s green next time at least I feel welcome and a valued customer. Would have put 0 stars if they let me
