These guys customer service was exceptional from the sales guy Mitchell & one of the ladies helping him quote my diy pergola sheets ,to the delivery driver.Excellent pricing & communication should be an example of how to treat customers.The delivery driver called me the Friday before delivery on Monday.Then called me another time to let me know of a a time delay.He Also assisted me to hand unload items to my front yard.Great bloke & great people.Pergola looks great.Thanks to all staff.

I needed a few pieces of fascia cover after mine was damaged by some asbestos removal people. After trying in vain to get some roofers to come and quote, I looked around online and even contacted the manufacturer directly with no real success. Everybody wanted to charge exorbitant amounts for shipping.Then I found No.1 Roofing via a Google Maps search. It was a painless and friendly ordering experience over the phone with Craig. Good price, and very reasonable delivery price to have the goods at my doorstep the next day. Thanks!
