This store is the best! I've bought 4 pedals from the guys at Pedal Empire over the past few months. Their advice, quality of service and stock offering is superb. It's nice to walk into a shop and be treated as a valued customer each time, even if I decided not to buy anything on a day I'm in. The attached photo shows what they have helped me create. Excellent range and cheapest. I paid for the $9 postage and it reached me in NZ in around 8-9 days. Love the chase bliss pedal! And they threw in some stickers and a guitar pick - very happy.Would have been 5 stars if came within one week. (Postage the issue! Not pedal empire)

I've been buying a few things from Pedal Empire over the last couple of months, and they instantly became a favourite. I live in rural NSW, but my orders always show up fast. The simple touch of throwing in a couple of stickers and a guitar pick is nice, no matter how big or small your order is (something that other reputable shops could take note of) a great selection of gear to choose from. My insant go to when I need to scratch that new pedal itch. Cheers.

Awesome service! Got my dream guitar at a great price, shipped to me for super cheap. Love the guitar. Can't speak more highly of Ben, Matt and the team. Will be visiting the store when next in Brisbane to feed my pedal addiction :)

Pedal Empire have consistently been great to deal with as a Kiwi customer. Nothing is too much trouble when I've inquired about products and shipping. Even had a sale refunded due to a second hand pedal not being up to snuff - they advised me straight away and offered a deal on an alternative.Would recommend to anyone - I'll certainly be a repeat customer.

Great 'pedal' & much more store. Top service, with speedy shipping. There's nothing worse than buying online and it takes days for the store to ship, I simply just don't return in most cases. Not an issue here, they pack the gear well and send out asap. Highly recommended.

I don’t even live in AUS but Pedal Empire have become my favourite shop for buying pedals. Their selection is fantastic! And their prices great too. If you’ve ever got a question they’re really fast to get back and provide good answers! Great service all round.And they ship abroad too (for me NZ).I highly recommend this shop!
