CROSSRAY - Infrared BBQ Grill

I loved my old BBQ but I am so happy I made the switch recently to a 4-Burner CROSSRAY. The first thing that impressed me was the quality of the build, it's a very high-quality product that looks fantastic, and the size of the cooking area is almost identical to my old six-burner BBQ.But the real fun began when I turned it on for the first time. The BBQ ignites really quickly and the infra-red burners generated cooking-heat almost instantaneously.I have cooked on the BBQ probably 10 times in the 20 days I have had it and I haven't been disappointed once.I have cooked all the standard fare like sausages, chops, steaks and kebabs during this time, and also a lot of fish and a couple of roasts. The steaks have been amazing, really tender and even after re-heating the next day.We had three couples over for breakfast last week and cooked pancakes and bacon on the hotplate, while at the same time cooking sausages and pots of baked beans and spaghetti over the open grills.All the completed food went onto the cooking rack above and we served everything straight from there.I seriously couldn't be happier with the product and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new BBQ that is a little different to anything else on the market.A great product!

Very happy with my crossway island kitchen. The cooking time is so fast but after you get the hang of it the food comes out yummy. I switched from a Weber Genesis which too was amazing so a little apprehensive but tbh the Crossway has surpassed the performance of the Weber.

Bought the kitchen with double fridge and I’m very happy with it. Good quality bench tops and cabinets look nice. BBQ is awesome. I’ve had regular gas flame style for years and this one heats up heaps quicker and cooks beautifully. A little bit hotter than your regular flame style but once you get used to it it’s perfect, we also use it as a pizza oven. Customer service is top notch.

Hi just received the crossray flat hot plate in the mail from Victoria all the way to Sunny Qld and it fitted perfectly - well packaged so many thanks - ill test it out tonite and give feed back :)

Impossible to believe that I was weighing up other BBQs against the Crossray. Nothing could possibly match this for quality and cooking style. Yes all BBQs look similar but the way a Crossray cooks makes you want every meal made on the device. I couldn’t recommend it any higher and will soon buy a second for the holiday home! If you love Pizza this is the closest you will get to a wood fire oven.

Great BBQ & Great Customer Service.This is the only BBQ you will ever need, the way it sears a steak to quality is second to none.In addition the team at this company are super helpful over the phone and via email.I am updating this review that's a few years old to say the BBQ is still going strong and I have just upgraded to their new outdoor kitchen with stone benchtops. It looks a million dollars.

We were a little hesitant about purchasing the crossway sight unseen but are really happy with the bbq and the quality of the inbuilt product which was also easy to assemble . The customer service from Brendon Lee has been awesome! He was helpful, knowledgeable and happy to answer our queries even outside of business hours . highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The quality of the bbq is good with few niggles. For example, the bbq it suppose to be of SS314 however one of the outside table is not, the magnet is sticking to it quite well. The drip tray is too large and is too shallow. The other niggling thing is that there is no option to hang any coking tools on the side of the bbq and need to be rested on the side trays taking the space that should be used for food preparation.

Probably the best customer service I have ever encountered!Brandon was not only helpful prior to purchasing, but when I had a catastrophic accident with my Crossray BBQ, he offered to replace it completely!The BBQ itself is fantastic so far, and although I have only used it a couple of times, I can already see that this top quality product cooks differently and creates awesome flavours in your meats…..I would definitely recommend Brandon and Crossray!
