$135 DOWN THE DRAIN FOR A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, INCOMPETENT SERVICE.- I asked for a manicure and a pedicure (for my wedding) and what I received were painted toe nails with hardly any prep, and some poor quality, extra thick SNS finger nails.- My toe nails were uneven, my cuticles were not cut at all, my nails were not prepped properly and the colour was slapped on, overlapping onto my skin.- I asked for ombré on my finger nails, and again they did not cut my cuticles or prep my nails properly.- When I expressed the SNS was far too thick and requested them to be thinner the response was that they need to be that thick for this particular service. I argued that my nails have never been this thick and requested they be fixed.- The person doing my nails told me I had to pay double the price to have them redone. I argued this should not be the case because I did not receive the service I requested.- I asked him to remove my nails and told him I would go elsewhere to have them done.- I paid via bank transfer as eftpos was not an option. He took a photo of the payment receipt on my phone, which is also very dodgy for a business.- I wish I had’ve read the reviews before going to this business, as I would have known to stay clear.- I gave him the chance to make it right and explained I would tell everyone I knew about my experience, but unfortunately he did not take on board that the business reputation is worth a lot more than $135.- I have also told my bridal party and family not to have their nails done here, which would have collectively been a lot of income this business has missed out on, purely for providing unacceptable customer service.

Absolutely appalled with the quality of work - colour started chipping away only three days after getting them done. One week later and all but two nails have chipped away. For the price paid, this is absolutely ridiculous. I often get my nails done locally in Melbourne, to which they last up to 5 times longer.If I had of seen the negative reviews for this place, I would've avoided it like the plague. Hopefully more people read the reviews before going to this nail salon. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

23/01/2022Toenails are a horrible shape, very rushed & not much care taken.No complaints about the staffs manners.Just wish they would take abit more pride & care in their work.Very over priced, 15mins = $45.00

Always do a great job on my SNS nails!!!

I got my nails done today and was very unhappy with how they turned out when I mentioned they were crooked 3 times I was shooshed and told hurry up pick a colour I went back and asked for a refund only to be sworn at and told no fkn refunds and I said it doesn't state no refunds so they said I'll remove the nails and give a refund and don't come back my nails ended up shorter than I went in and a cut cuticle

I had a lovely first time experience even though I was a bit nervous. I would 100% recommend this place

I recently had a pedicure and the staff member hurt me during treatment and my toe has been sore for a few days. Very poor communication also by staff which resulted with incorrect service provided which l was charged for. Not recommended.

Over priced and rushed, didn't even have top coat applied. Even though they weren't busy was moved from massage chair the second the nail polish had been put on, heaven forbid you used their massage chair 1 minute longer than necessary. Also only accepted cash so has tax dodgy company written all over it. $50 for a normal poish pedicure is so over priced it's ridiculous, should be $35 tops.
