Very poor management, coordination and zero communication. Org has zero respect for employees privacy and support staff in general. High turnover of staff. Support staff are lied to and talked about to outside stakeholders. Office staff gossip about support staff. Any concerns regarding workplace issues and participants go ignored. I would not recommend this organisation to work for. I would not recommend using this organisation for your support needs.
