If you want to pay top dollar for you medication then please shop here. My regular medication was 20 dollars more than chemist warehouse. Normally 23 dollars, this place was 43 dollars. What a pump. They will never see my face in there ever again.

The staff at Berwick Pharmacy are amazing. Nothing is ever to much trouble. A big shout out though to Gowen who went above and beyond to convince my son to have his flu shot. He has a huge needle phobia and Gowen was so patient and calm with him. I cant thank him enough. If only there was a 10 star option he deserves more than 5:)

Sold my dying mother medication that was 6 months passed use by date, then told us they didn't have anything in date in stock have to wait 3 days. No apologies only told to take it back.... your mistake it's law to check your stock every month......

Wow!! Worst service ever here today. I asked if i could go behind the Clinique counter to look at skincare and was told yes by the consultant. Then a blonde elderly staff member stormed over and very loudly told me off for being behind the counter. She was horrible and very rude. As a shop assistant she only has one job - service! She should not be in customer service at all! Appalling! Will not be going back.

I honestly needed to share just how despicable and cruel a particular pharmacist and the owner are of this pharmacy. After having been involved in a horrific car accident where l sustained 3rd degree burns, l was bed ridden and urgently required medication. The pharmacist (John) was callous from the start, regarding my need to have the medication delivered, even though it is offered as a service. He became belligerent and demanded that l answer the door in order to get my medication otherwise they would return it to the pharmacy. I told him that l could barely make it down the stairs, however he started to get quite hostile. I told him that l would have to raise the issue with the owner as his conduct was distressing me. He sarcastically told me that he would speak to the owner first and he said it in such a patronising and high handed manner that it disturbed me. Subsequently my medication was left in direct sunlight, when it’s sun sensitive. I have also been notified that l am banned from future home deliveries after this pharmacist (John) spoke with the owner. I have attempted to contact the owner on several occasions and have left messages for him to call me however, he has refused my requests. I honestly beseech all customers to avoid doing business with this pharmacy as it is not a caring or professional establishment. I am horrified by my treatment at the hands of a power wielding, arrogant and heartless pharmacist.

We have been going there for 3 years since we moved to clyde north. Very friendly staff and great café. Covid vaccinations were easily accessable when needed.

Can only say positive comments for this pharmacy, majority had assistance from Rachael, who was absolutely amazing helping me purchase a breast pump for a 4 day old baby as our gifted one crashed & burned.Thank you for going above and beyond for assisting.Stu

Outstanding Customer Service with quick service time. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Store is big ,clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this pharmacy with 5-star rating.
