Team Poly

I have just purchased a 13500 litre tank from Team Poly, had no problem choosing the size, colour, fittings and where the were to be fitted all over the phone. Delivery was booked for 3 weeks as we live in the riverland and aren't always home. We were unable to fit it under our carport so organized to take it through the neighbors yard. There was only my husband and myself and the driver Craig, he rolled it off the truck no problems by himself and then we rolled it in place into our yard. It was effortless. We want to say a big thanks for a hard job made easy.

Never again.Tanks I purchased were from a 3rd party and delivered from a 4th party. Im happy with the good quality of the tank.I was told thursday dispatch friday delivery. I called THEM on Friday only to find out monday dispatch, tuesday delivery. Eventually came Thursday.Thats not the biggest problem. The people were nice and helpfull, well up untill now at least. There was some additional parts to come with the tanks. They were on the delivery docket but the 4th party driver knew nothing about them. When i called them to find out where the parts were i was told to call their supplier directly, to which i replied... hang on second, i just spent 5k with you not your supplier. Cant you find out where my parts are? I was given the biggest attitude by Mark Baulton. I get guys like you calling all the time he said. What? People asking for there lost items or asking for customer service? He promptly offered his bosses phone number and after some more to and fro i asked for the number. He said, so you want the suppliers number now? in the biggest smart arse way... i said ill have both your bosses and the suppliers. He said the boss was away overseas. I got his email instead. The 3rd party supplier was more than helpfull.3 things wrong.1. If i didnt call them i would have no idea when my tanks were coming.2. Then showed up late anyway.3. Some people should not work in customer service.

I had x2 22,500ltr tanks delivered and from the day the order was placed, the communication and delivery was amazing.My tanks came very quickly and they look awesome!Highly recommend TeamPoly :)

Customer service brilliant. ☆☆☆☆☆☆Delivery prompt and with lots of communication beforehand. ☆☆☆☆☆☆Three × 3,000 litres green poly tanks blend beautifully in my green garden. They are all connected and I have a gauge which informs me about the water.levels in the tanks.I save a lot of water in winter rainy times and use rain water in summer- saving lots of money and helping our environment.Strong and easy to maintain, my tanks are a huge asset. Team Poly are the best by far, according to my research done before buying.I recommend calling the magnificent team for great service and after sales information.A South Australian product. ☆☆☆☆

We were looking for domestic plastic rainwater tanks to hold 100,000 litres. We have limited space and needed two 50,000 litre tanks. We compared the various options available and chose to go with Team Poly for the following reasons:1. The walls of the tank are corrugated and thick resulting in a much more durable tank than the others. Our site is on a slight slope and we needed to partially dig our tanks into the ground for a level base so wanted a sturdy tank. These tanks are apparently almost 1 ton each and that is a lot of plastic.2. We have limited roof area for collection and the design of the 50,000 litre tanks collects water too, rather than wasting it, and this effectively adds over 10% to our collection area. This was very important to us.3. In making inquiries Kris on the Team Poly helpline was very helpful and answered our questions with practical advice4. The truck driver, whose name I have not remembered was very polite and helpful and an amazing precision driver. He backed his truck and trailer down a very narrow windy street. He could easily have said it was too hard and delivered them on a nearby reserve and we would have accepted that however he did it first go and politely organised the blokes to get them off the trailer.5. The pro rate warranty is 25 years compared with 10 or 15 years for the competition and this shows Team Poly know their products are durable6. You can walk on the top of these tanks they are so sturdy and don’t need a pole in the middle7. Free delivery was also a big advantage for us here in Robe8. These tanks have been really well thought out design wise. The roof rain collection system, the overflow systems, thick walls, roof ribs etc all show that this is a well designed tank.9. The quality, design, delivery, service etc are all first rate.We are very happy that we went for the Team Poly tanks.

Just got my 10th tank delivered from team poly ranging from 5000-27000ltr,could not be happier with the service form start to finish.Huge thanks to Chris the driver for his expert advice.
