I’ve been a client of Sonja’s for years she did my ear piercings and then dedicated hours to my skin. I found her to be very caring, knowledgeable, gentle & respectful - Ive never felt rushed during any of my treatments, she genuinely cares for all of her clients and this is what i love the most.She always takes her time to go in depth so that your educated alongside with all things beauty and health.The salon is beautiful and clean along with the other highly educated therapists.The salon offers everything….. cosmetic injectables , skin, laser, all things beauty, relaxation, hair salon and gym.I highly recommend all of the team within 101 darley beauty collective.

Traumatic experience with damage to eyelashes and unprofessional behaviour to a paying customer.I have been getting eyelash extensions for over a decade and have never had such a bad experience as I had here. One eyelash extension is supposed to be adhered to an individual eyelash; however, Sonja had glued one eyelash extension to 4 or 5 of my natural lashes. I literally had bald patches on my eyelashes and months later they are still growing back.I called her about this and she said she was busy with a personal matter so she asked me to call back later. I called back multiple times and left messages and received no contact in return.I had a non-refundable voucher, so I used the remaining on a facial because I was not going anywhere near the eyelash extensions. Ten minutes before the appointment, she said that she was running 15 minutes late. She arrived 20 minutes late, with a bag of toilet paper and other items. When she walked in, she didn’t apologise for being late and she continued to make me wait by unpacking everything in front of me which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to a paying customer.Being a first time mum with a newborn, it takes a lot of preparation to organise baby sitters and making sure your back in time to breast feed, so I couldn’t do it because I wouldn’t make it back in time. I was very disappointed with the attitude and service and my overall experience was traumatic.I have written my honest review with the hope that no one has to experience what I have.

Thank you Sonja. I am over the moon with my new microbladed eyebrows. Her work is exquisite. I am so fair but now I have eyebrows 24/7. I feel better swimming and going to the beach. No more timely annoying maintenance. I feel polished all the time. I would highly recommend Sonja for your beauty treatments and she offers beauty courses also!

The WORST, most unprofessional customer service I have ever received! Sonja has cancelled on me 5 times at last minute, she has not even shown up to 2 of my appointments and has been late for every appointment that I attended.Sonja promised me she would clear my melasma with 1 treatment and if anything it looks worse than before! I purchased a package and was told that it included 12 facials, after 8 facials Sonja told me she can't keep giving me free facials" even though I paid for a package that included 12 facials.I considered taking LEGAL ACTION when Sonja uploaded a video of me to use for her own marketing and advertising

Sonja has been amazing through the whole process of the tattoo removal. The results speak for itself. Totally recommend anyone seeking this treatment to be professionally looked after.Thankyou.

I’ve been visiting this salon for 8 years and my most recent treatment with Sonja was a series of pollogen Geneo and WIQO and Hifu as one treatment. This Lady has so much knowledge and sometimes gets to busy BUT she gentle, smart and I’ve read some of the negative reviews obviously those people have nothing better to do as Sonja Millar is amazing and if will also try a treatment to suit individual needs.

I booked in with Sonja last minute and she was very accommodating in squeezing me in on the same day, quick and efficient, and above all a great result with lasting lashes!

Went to 101 Darley as a new customer.The premises was gorgeous and Sonja was so knowledgeable and respectful. I’m so thrilled with my new lashes, I’ve never had them done before so she took the time to explain how to care for them and talk me through the process.The extra time and care she gave me was so kind as this isn’t a normal “treat” I’d do for myself.I’m looking forward to becoming a regular customer.
