Came in, planning to switch over my mask, but on my way I took a pretty nasty tumble. The girls in the reception, after I managed to hobble the rest of the way, were very helpful and empathetic to my situation. They sorted out my mask switch and also help me tend to my injured arm. Thanks a lot!

My partner and I came into the store latish on a Saturday. Both people working were busy and didn’t rush the people that they were demonstrating too. We were then served by Mirella and wow what an excellent customer service experience. Mirella was unfazed that we hadn’t made an appointment or that we were enquiring about a new machine. We were given all the information and were able to ask questions. The service we got from Mirella was truely amazing. I am in customer service myself and this young lady definitely showed me the true meaning of amazing customer service. Resmed you need to give this girl a big pat on the back and If you have a rewards system she should get all of it.
