If you're in the area or surrounds, save yourself at least $30 by dropping off your letters and parcels yourself. Staff here were super helpful in regards to sending a package overseas.

The staff are all so helpful. I have received many items through DHL and the delivery is always very quick. I also live in an apartment where a safe drop is not always easy, however they have so many convenient pick up locations.

Yesterday, I walked into DHL Express Service Point with a pile of items that I needed to ship and her baby in tow. I was fortunate enough to meet a kind lady named Jill, who assisted me with selecting a box, packaging my items, and getting everything in order. The entire experience was seamless, and I am grateful for the exceptional customer service that I received.

Walked in. Ladies at the counter super helpful. Brilliant service. I was dreading the process and for no reason. They made it so easy. Both ladies thank you. Item sent Monday and arrived at the hotel in New York Thursday. Great outcome

Had to ship a really, really important document to Vietnam. The workers at DHL all assisted my anxious self, at one point even calling upon their Vietnamese colleague to ensure the address was right. The parcel was delivered three days early and I am so thankful for DHL.

Hands down one of the best CS experiences ever! Jill from the front desk was an absolute legend. Despite being late and having trouble with some details, Jill was patient, supportive and actually showed concern for the parcels to be shipped off on time - with accuracy. Also had to get assistance from Georgia and Jacqueline via support centre and the way they handled and resolved the issue was truly seamless. 100% happy customer and would def. recommend going DHL for all.
