I’ve been a customer with Foodlink for the past 15 years. I’ve tried few more companies during the past and my choice ended to deal with Foodlink only. They are reliable, prices are very competitive, great communication from staff. During the pandemic Foodlink has backed up and supported my restaurants considering short supplies nationwide Foodlink was able to keep us going until this time. They always try to find a solution for their customers and it always turn a positive outcome.

One of their drivers ran into my car. Had a witness take a video and leave a note on my car. The driver of the FoodLink truck drove off.Have been trying to get them to help with the fixing of the vehicle for over a month. The truck warehouse manager Ahmed said he would help but instead put my in touch with the contractor who was driving the truck. The contractor has been “trying to get in touch” with his panel beater for the last 3 weeks. Won’t return calls and won’t text back. Terrible communication skills. I have been kind and polite the entire process and received nothing but silence back.Though this review isn’t in regards to the actual service, it definitely reflects the type of business and staff they have on board.

I am a new customer and had a very bad experience with foodlink.My first delivery I was told that the driver couldn’t deliver to residential addresses due to health and safety. (I am a food truck business and store my products in the trailer and excess stock at home, with council approval).For my second delivery I was waiting till night to receive it and was told it was going to get delivered. It never did.Then I got told yes they delivered it. Which wasn’t true then they said they will deliver today.Then they said they will not deliver due to they can’t deliver to residential addresses because the truck is too big.Very unprofessional and waste of time trying to sort something out with them.Have been asking to speak to the manager but reception won’t put me through.Very unhappy with your business and staff.

A Foodlink van driver nearly drove me and my partner off the road today. Merged without checking and came very close to a serious accident, thank goodness I was able to quickly change lanes without causing any accidents. No acknowledgement of the near accident, just sped off. We were left feeling shaken and unnerved. Based on previous reviews this business needs a new and more responsible driver.

I have never ever customer service yes before, bend over backwards for anyone even if you buy one product or you buy 1000 products everyone gets treat at the same. I take my hat off to the owner, management and the rest of the team for the great work and also to make my life easier all the products in one spot. Thanks again

MUST READ if you are looking to do business with them.Here is how they mark up on orders.Once you make an order with them, if they tell you that they don't have the item that you requested, they freely replace with whatever they decide.Most of the time is a more expensive item or sometimes they double the amount of something that you order.Example: you order 1kg plain flour, they say that they don't have it and they give you 2kg of self raising flour. Which is not the same or completely different items aswell like: 1kg in a basket of strawberry jam, replace it with 2 kg in glass jar of 90g each of blueberries jam.Looking like a scam.They use the excuse of we don't want to leave costumer without goods"That's a clear lie.IMPORTANT:Once you return the item
