I have been here quite a few times. As usual this Chemist Warehouse outlet has a big range of products however because it's not a big place it is quite cramped, especially when it's busy and being in the central CBD it can get quite busy, especially on weekends. I've always found the staff very helpful.

I fell on the street, went inside to buy first aid stuff. When I was leaving, the security guy asked me to open my backpack. I opened it with one hand bc the other one was injured. I told it the guy and he said his arm is injured too. He saw me inside for the whole time I was not stealing anything. My backpack was full of my stuff and I could use one hand only. My leg was bleeding. Unbelievable.

Pharmacist asked embarrassing questions about my repeat prescription.Life’s hard enough to have prescriptions life long, they make it even harder by requesting me to explain the importance and urgency to obtain it now.I know it may be their job to ask for more details, but I did feel hurt.Never been asked the same question by any other pharmacists before.

Shopped here today and security guard was super accusatory of stealing. No idea why. I was just looking around while waiting for a script. He kept following me and asked me questions in an accusatory way. Even once I left the store, he even called me back, despite having no reason for stealing and showing him my purchases… Made me very intimidated and uncomfortable and won’t come back here.

Absolutely horrendous excuse for a chemist warehouse. Never had any issues with any other locations before this one. When you're unwell and need a Stat Dec done and they turn you away at 4:40pm because they're too busy". They were not busy

Love, love, love Chemist Warehouse, it is my favourite place to shop and I am always finding an excuse to go there. I buy my supplements there and shampoo and toiletries. Great prices together with great service. I never leave empty handed after a visit and look forward to visiting again.

Truly one of the most degrading and insensitive experiences I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. They had no tact and refused to sell me over the counter medication even though I was on their system. Asked very inappropriate questions and made me feel humiliated. Do not go here if you want to have any sense of caring from another human being.

Small branch so it's quite compact. It's stocked pretty well considering the size. There's an escalator for entry and exit from Swanston St (which gets covered when store is closed), and steps only using Collins St entry, so use Swanston St entry if you don't want to step on some old food or smell human urine. The cold and flu meds are still in an isle in this store, as of 30/12/22 (compared to other branches nearby who have now stocked them behind pharmacists counter) so you don't have to queue behind the prescription line. No accessible entry into this store.
