Aqualuna Beach Resort

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at! It is such a disgusting place, I felt horrified to sleep in my own bed! I only stayed for a overnight drive, it felt like my whole life. Firstly, the rooms look nothing like the pictures, they look so nice in the pictures! Secondly, the rooms are filled with Cockaroches, Crickets, and I even found some spiders in there! It was disgusting! Thirdly, the bathroom had a WINDOW in between the bedroom and the bathroom, and additionally it was at such a nice location! This is the overall worst place to stay at, and please don’t stay over here.Jax ❤️

I have to give this a one star review because they won’t allow a zero star review. The entranceway has trash on the walkway and it didn’t get better from there. Cockroaches in the laundry room, filthy beds, lightbulbs burned out. No door to the bathroom in the master suite.We looked to find another hotel but it was a public holiday and all other places appeared full. We didn’t unpack for fear of bugs catching a ride home with us. Got up early and left - will never stay here again.Recommend you find another place to stay off passing through Coff’s Harbour.

Nice view, that's it! The bathroom is dirty and moldy. No shower screen, didn't even provide a bath mat. Linen are stained, and you don't want to look at the doona, it was filthy!]] Lucky we only stayed for 1 night. We got 1 dessert spoon, 1 soup spoon, 2 forks, 1 teaspoon and 3 dirty knives. This is the worst place we've ever been.No wifi and no inhouse restaurant contrast to what they advertising that it is available.Total waste of money.

Dirtiest place we've ever stayed..definitely hadn't been cleaned from previous guests. Hair all over bathroom. Windows covered with cobwebs and filth. Kitchen was very dirty. No 'amenities' such as the promised tea, coffee and sugar in the place. Reception manager not one bit helpful when contacted to discuss. Potential to be a lovely place, but they just don't seem to care. For the $250 price for the night, we'd recommend you find somewhere way cheaper with a far better service.

The resort has great potential but needs some major TLC and some money injected into it.No WIFI, No Restaurant, Tumble Dryer not working, toilet leaking water, dead mozzies all over the walls and ceiling, chair stained, insufficient cutlery, kettle leaks, oven not really clean, bed sheet had blood stain and coffee stain (needs a hot steam wash) and no privacy between the Bathroom and the Bedroom.On a good note, beautiful view, quiet, close to beach (stoney but nice), could be a gold mine.

Look ok on the outside. The inside needs lots of updates. Washing machine and dryer doesn't work. Missing a few things that you would expect in a well motel or hotel. Overall not happy. Needs more then insects spayed in the units.

This place is priced too high for the standard of cleaning here. Our room was dirty. The milk was already opened,there was a almost empty ice cream container left in the freezer, the toast and jug looked like it had been thrown in the cupboard, the glass doors were dirty and the TV had been removed from the bedroom when it clearly advertised there was a TV in the bedroom. The mirror in the bedroom was disgusting, I stood in front of it and took a photo, and it looked like it's never been cleaned ever, dead bugs and cobwebs on the windowsill also the top of the tissue box was left in the draw, I know some people may think these things aren't a big deal but when its around the $300 a night price you expect much much better then we received, so I left them my business card as they seriously need to up their standards of cleanliness.
