Build and Pest

This is the second time we have engaged Greg’s services and to be frank, I would not use anyone else. Greg provides the most comprehensive report and does not miss a thing. He is also one of the few inspectors Who tell pushy selling agents that ‘ it takes as long as it takes’ and will not be rushed. Thanks again on our second house inspection and the additional info picked up.

If you are looking for a pre-purchase building inspector, look no further. I cannot speak highly enough about Greg and Tina. Greg is very professional and detailed. The information you get from the report helps you understand what you are dealing with. Greg is an inspector with integrity.

I knew I made the right decision when the real estate agent states “we normally only allow 1 hour for a building inspection”, when two hours in Greg was still going! A very easy 5 stars. I was recommended by a friend to use Greg at BuildandPest. My friend had used him for two of his own houses, and his sister's house too I believe. He was very thorough in his inspection and stayed longer than he needed to to ensure everything was inspected. I followed him around and he was a wealth of knowledge and explained everything he found. The follow up reports were just as thorough and very clear to understand with accompanying photos he had taken. Not to mention he is a friendly bloke, easy to talk to. We bought our first property recently and had very positive experience with Build and Pest (Greg and Tina). They are very professional. Greg did a thorough building and pest inspection, and provided us with two very comprehensive and detailed reports (one for building and one for pest) The reports were written professionally, by reading which you get a feel that they are really good at what they do, yet they were written in plain and simple language, so that they can be easily understood. I called Greg to ask for more details about what he's written in the reports, and he explained to me clearly with great patience, and provided me with valuable advice. As a first time home buyer with very few knowledge about building and pest inspections, Greg and Tina definitely helped us with their expertise, I would strongly recommend them to anyone who need to conduct such inspections.
