Bought a tent, received a big rubber mat instead in the same box?! Stumped on how that could happen. Needed the tent for the weekend and couldn't get another in time. Shipping was fast though, and got a full refund. Would have appreciated a coupon or something for compensation. Just wouldn't trust to buy from them again.

Part of my online order was out of stock, then I had to select another item and then that didn’t get posted anyway. I tried to get it sorted and they were very unhelpful and didn’t resolve the issue.Anaconda is way better don’t waste your money.

very poor service, I bought 2 brand new $300 reels that turned up to be both faulty, when I told them they didn't want to know about it and said they would have to be sent back to the manufacturer at my expense. no- customer service and I wont use them again.

I regret ever buying from this company, they sent me an esky that clearly had been used. Evident damage all around the outside of the esky/cooler. Dents and scratches all over, never received my complete order. They rang me 3 times saying they are out of stock and said they would send me any fishing line equivalent to what I paid and ordered. Weeks later...nothing and no n refunds. this is not how you treat people. Never again

If you are looking for a good selection of mid to higher end fishing supplies this is the place to go, reguarly has great sales and products you can't find elsewhere locally. The staff are awesome, always willing to lend a hand and ask if you need any help.

A huge call out to Tim and the crew at Freddys Erina. I ordered a Coleman Instant Up 6P Lighted Tent and cut my lead time pretty fine. Tim changed the order to a pick up and had another tent on standby in case mine didn’t make it to their store from Brisbane. Low and behold the Coleman arrived and they had it waiting for me at the front of the shop for a quick grab on the way to Treachery with a brand new tent. Very satisfied. Above and beyond, and had a great four days camping. Thanks!!!!

I’m so impressed with the service provided at the Erina store; a guy named Reece served me. Over the phone, he helped me find the perfect sleeping bag for my kids and navigate through the Freddy’s website. Within 5 minutes I had everything ordered over the phone and ready for pick up.
