Choices Flooring

We had the pleasure of dealing with Chris recently. He went above and beyond to help us out. Must say, it was the best customer service we have ever received and we thank him so much for his help.Would highly recommend Choices and particularly Chris as a salesperson.

Bad communication. I was referred to Choices Flooring by my contractor. Since I needed to pick the colour of vinyl used and get approval from landlord, I went and tried to consult the person in charge, 3 times. No reply at all even though I had left my contact every time. At the end time ran out I had to turn to Bunnings. But I didn't aware or be advised that welding rod was also needed. The carpet layer thus came twice, each time costed me over $550 to switch off the fire alarm as we are in shopping centre. There was extra 3 weeks delay to wait for welding rod as well. When I received the bills from fire services I rang Choices Flooring. Person in charge wasn't happy as I brought my own vinyl, he didn't even want to talk to me as I was not their direct customer. After realising that he was out of contact, I was given $250 discount (this is 1 extra star worth here). At the end I paid nearly $5000 for under 10 sqm space, almost double of 2 other quotes I've got later elsewhere. As a business owner myself it's truly regretful to leave this review. Yet I understand too well how customer care is paramount to every client, no matter big or small deal. I only asked for what was necessary to get the job done!
