VetPartners is an excellent workplace. The staff are very supportive, caring and passionate. They always go above and beyond, no matter how big or small the jobs are.

The poorest staff support in the world.Oh, and don't expect to be paid properly. Maybe thier management should google Wage theft"and sort their business out"

Having recently joined VetPartners, I have enjoyed the experience. Coming from overseas, their team have been supportive. They have helped arrange a private banker to contact me to help me set up my financial needs in Australia. They have made the relocation easy with helping with Visas, short term accommodation and assisting with advice for schooling options for the children. My family I have done a lot of research into relocating to Australia and VetPartners have helped significantly along the way to make the move seamless and easy.I work for an amazing Veterinary Clinic and am looking forward to a long career as a Veterinarian in Australia.

A truly amazing group of people on the most exciting journey. I am so proud to be a part of this company who honors the unique legacy of each hospital that joins them and works hard to continue to develop each business and the people who make them what they are.

Interview for a job with a clinic with these guys. Got to the stage of getting my referees checked and then nothing. Attempted to call and text the lady who was communicating with me. Never got a reply. Not worth all the effort to just get silence.

Having worked for Vetpartners for amost 18 months, I am continually blown away by this company's support and professionalism in all aspects of work. They are not afraid to stand up for what is right and are exemplary in leading the way for compassion in the veterinary field. Recently, Shelley, our regional manager took time out of her busy schedule to join several of my team members on a cold and uncomfortable homeless sleepout to raise awareness and funds for the Toowoomba homeless community. In a recent crisis faced by our vet clinic, we were provided with endless support through the provision of councilling services, human resources support, open lines of communication with staff from all sectors of Vetpartners and most importantly, the feeling of safety in uncertain times. Thank you Vetpartners for all that you have and continue to provide for your clinics and staff.

If one is ever considering moving on a 457 visa to Australia to work for VetPartners or even an Australian new graduate, consider all the aspects before you commit. This is a company that does not stick to their promises and does not tolerate hardworking knowledgable employees.VetPartners Australia hired my husband who is a veterinarian with 25 yeas of experience in Canada. They ask him( and his family) to relocate from Canada to Australia. They also promised to help me finding a job for myself once in Australia. We came on 457 visa( they sponsored it) with my husband and 3 little kids . VetPartners paid a miserable relocation amount of AU$15,000 but did not let me know that my husband's remuneration will not be enough to put bread on the table.Nobody let us know how expensive the daycare and housing was and one income is not enough to support a family of five in NSWOnce I was in Australia, the managers started looking for an excuse how not to help me finding a job and they were throwing the ball at each other until finally my husband's immediate supervisor came with the lame excuse that I did not have any Australian experience. I was looking for a vet nurse position in one of their 100+ clinics after being a vet nurse in Canada for over 10 years and selling successful veterinary practices overseas( in order to move to Australia). After that, my husband decided to quit his position with VetPartners. He was not interested at all in helping them reviving the bankrupt clinic he was working at.No one let us know before we moved that I will have no chance finding a job and the curious part of that was nobody from VetPartners ever met with me or called me for an interview. THEY DID NOT KNOW ME!If they did not like my husband, why did they make me move half a globe away with three little kids without any support(except the relocation cost that was insufficient)?Do you really want to work for a company full of empty promises?
