My mum bought a Land Rover and the engine of the car is broken down and we spent about $20,000 to replace the car engine and before we bought the car in the car listing they never that the engine is broken down and they play games with me and I advise everyone not to buy from them and soon 2 stars

First auction and winning bid on old incomplete unregistered trailer for Just Under $80, wasn't called as per policy, was lied to about the trailer and Matt pickle didn't even bother doing his job to resolve the problem, I was Just told if you want the trailer it's $1000. Receptionists were honest and great. In my opinion,if your not spending 4digits of cash you become a nothing and nobody to this company, no Doubt if you spend lots you Will get looked after.

The guy name Logan at Dalby region is such a lier and unprofessional guy i ever come across….the whole description was wrong on the pickle’s website when i bid online and win it…and look what i get description says 2 keys i got one, five tyres i got 4, van was such a mess and full with the white spray on, it doesn’t look like i spend 40000 on this van….highly disappointed. Doesn’t recommend LOGAN FROM DALBY at all.

I am a register permanent buyer and staff at collections are nothing short of hopeless. I have now waited an hour for a car I can see with staff way to busy having a chat to assist. Rude and lazy.

Awesome.. cant even call the place youre buying from anymore...... now on hold for 20+ mins to a call center to talk to someone how trash your website is being that i cant even log in to bid..Customer service less and less.Manheims looks better every day.
