My experience of Opal Glenmere as the relative of a family member who needed emergency respite care was fantastic. Patricia took the time to go through with me everything that was needed, and was compassionate during a time of high stress. Michelle the manager, was incredibly supportive, thoughtful, provided insight and guidance and an abundance of care - all being done from a distance as I was interstate. The 2 RN's who I spoke to during the time, was knowledgeable and caring. All of my interactions were of a high standard and were certainly appreciated by me.

I highly recommend Kanwal Gardens Community Care for your loved ones.My father originally went in for respite for 2 weeks as his behaviour with his Dementia was becoming more difficult at home.He was showing a huge change in that period and was enjoying himself whilst in respite and I realised I found the right place for him.He is now a permanent resident and it's the happiest I have seen him for several years.The staff have gone above and beyond to help him.The staff have gone out of their way to consult with me and give me feedback with his progress and what he is doing as a resident.I love that the staff really get to know as much as possible about their residents and treat them with with so much dignity and care.My mind is so much more at ease with the care he receives.A huge shout out to Patricia and Gina and the rest of the very caring staff.Thankyou

My sister and myself Visit our mother on a Friday we are so impressed with the GSO Vanessa when she is working in the lodge . Vanessa is bubbly and very friendly always makes my sister and myself feel welcome, she also offer us a cup of coffee , Her customer service is outstanding. Please management let Vanessa know from us we appreciate her and being so lovely to our mother . Regards Wendy & Yvonne

My Father became a resident at Kanwal Gardens Care Community a few years ago now. His health and overall well-being has improved a lot in that time. We have found All the staff from Admin to Nurses, Laundry and kitchen Staff do a excellent job in caring for my Fathers needs and health. All the staff are so friendly and We receive regular calls and emails updating me on his health and well-being.
