Shaun and the team at Optimised Accounting have given us extra confidence running a small business. The ability to just shoot off an email or give a quick call for advice is exceptional service. I have used Optimised Accounting from the start of my business. They are a great professional accountancy service.Their team are extremely helpful in all areas. When I had a query they are very quick to provide answers. During the Covid 19 pandemic they have been especially helpful providing updates and dealing with all of our queries and requirements during a confusing time they were very helpful. Shaun and his team are extremely quick to respond to emails and all questions are addressed promptly and actioned efficiently. Shaun has an excellent way of simplifying complicated tax issues.
