I used Ingenuity for over a year. I had nothing but trouble throughout with emails bouncing and servers being blocked by microsoft and hotmail. After getting sick of the issues i transferred to another provider. Then more issues started. After alot of back and forth via email and phone calls i managed to get all my domains transferred but one. i ended up telling them to just cancel it as they couldn't figure out how to release the domain. Now they send me a bill for the renewal of that domain. what a joke.

Have used they for over 6 years. The service is 10 out of 10 !!Would highly recommend them to everyone.
