Followed Dr Marina from her previous clinic over to Medic First. She has been our family doctor for some time now and has always been very supportive, caring and thorough. Have also used many of the other GPs here when I couldn't get in with her and found them all great (Ashish, Zainab & Rakesh). Reception has also always been helpful and friendly.

Just avoid Dr ZAINAB HUSSAIN, she checked my baby and told his Ears are red, throats are red, nose is red, i told her, he is not sleeping and already drank 1/2 bottle of Panadol in last 7 days, even he has green poo i told her very clearly, after checking my baby she very arrogantly told me, i will not give antibiotic,I understand and respected her feedback.Today I went to another clinic as baby condition worsened in night, the other doctor told me, his lungs started getting affected, ears are red, we need to start on antibiotic.This shows what education this doctor has, this shows howz this medical practice recruits the doctor, if you don’t want any mishaps please avoid this unfair practice and its unfair doctor like Zainab.I wish i could give zero star.

Dr.Samer has been wonderful in listening to the concerns and help. Highly recommend.

Medic First is our family doctors clinic, my kids enjoy seeing Dr Firas. He is great with my toddler and always makes him giggle.Dr Marina is very well known in the point cook community, she has guided me through two pregnancies and is always very thorough and understanding. We are so lucky to have such a great service in our local community.

Dr's Firas and Marina are fantastic, very switched on, knowledgeable, thorough, patient, empathetic and have a great manner dealing with patients, whether it be adults or children.All staff, whether it be Reception, Nurses or otherwise, are super friendly and accommodating, and can't do enough to assist and make you as comfortable as possible.It's evident that this is a family owned and run business due to the care, attention to detail and manner in which people are treated, which is above and beyond.I can't recommend this Doctor's Practice highly enough, and am so very grateful we made the switch from our former Doctor's to here.

Medic first is your premium health care provider in your local community with great service and support with highly experienced doctors and medical staff. Always ready to help and support with your health needs. All the doctors are really great and helpful. The facility has also the pathology service for sample collection. I would highly recommend to have xray and ultrasound facility to be included to help community. The centre also got dental services too for your dental service needs. Dr Firas and other amazing doctors are always happy to help. Due to recent changes to the fees where the centre is no longer fully bulk billed instead it is bulk bill only during 0800-1600 (Mon-Fri). Only recommended to have a quick appointment.

This practice treats all their patients with immense respect; from their front desk to the doctors. Dr Zainab Hussein is so thorough in her treatment & ensures that your wellbeing is her main focus! I highly recommend MedicFirst!!

Dr Zainab Hussein is our family doctor, she always takes the time with her patients that they need, we never feel rushed and our children are always comfortable and love their visits with her. Dr Zainab has seen our family through many a situation and we are so happy to have come across to Medic First to see her.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Firas Alhamdani for over 11 years. If I was able to give him 10 stars, I would. I consider him to be the absolute best, most amazing doctor anyone can have, who genuinely always puts his patients care and well being first above all else. The moment you meet him, his very friendly and easy going manner puts you at ease immediately. He takes his time to listen and always does a thorough check up even when we might think it isn't important. He has an amazing rapport with children and people of all ages and my young son and grand parents always enjoys going to the clinic to meet him!In addition, MedicFirst is a lovely, new, very modern spacious clinic with nicely spaced out seating and you are greeted by warm and welcoming receptionists that makes your whole visit an easy and very relaxed experience. Wait times are very minimal and most times we are able to see Dr. Firas within a few minutes of my appointment time.I moved across town to Bentleigh a few years ago and tried several local doctors but none even came close to my experience with Dr. Firas. After this, I happily travel to Saltwater for all my family's medical care.I highly recommend Dr. Firas and MedicFirst. They really are the best.
