This company selling products on eBay that it doesn’t not have in its possession. Money refunded but not for 5 days and by then opportunity to buy present for an event gone.

Squizzy's Golf Balls
The service was non existent. I ordered and paid for golf balls in December 2022 and I tracked delivery (via the Auspost APP) to an incorrect address in Sydney and then via Armidale and back to Squizzy's in early January 2023. During this period I tried to contact Squizzy's via the phone and the messenger service a number of times with no response. I finally got my bank involved and recovered my money - once again there was absolute silence from Sqizzy's.

Drew at Squizzys Golf has great customer service. When my delivery was delayed, he chased up AusPost to see what was causing the problem, and got things moving again. Also when there was a bit of a mix up with the garment sizing, his communication was quick and helpful. I highly recommend Squizzys as Drew's level of customer service is excellent.

Ignorant and un responsive seller. Charges double for cheap low quality postage.Wouldn’t recommend. For some reason they ship items and deliver them late and won’t reply you to make you to wait for the item and keep the item.

SHOCKING !!! I ordered on Sunday and chased up on Wednesday. I got a reply early Friday morning saying they are looking in to it. I then called in the afternoon. I was told they are not sure if they have sent them yet. I used to use this company regularly but will not use them again.
