Absolutely stoked with the skylights!!! We chose Brisbane Skylights as they were certified installers of the Solatube Skylights and had fantastic reviews. We were impressed with the process from start to finish and the installers Cody and Liam did a awsome job and were great to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone. They certainly brighten our day :)

I just want to give a special thank you to the team at Brisbane Skylights.The team installed a skylight at our house roughly 2 years ago. Shortly afterwards, it seems during the installation of our solar panels, the solar panel contractors cracked a seal surrounding the skylight. This allowed water to leak into the ceiling whenever it rained heavily.Whilst the cause of the leak was not known, Brisbane Skylights came out very quickly once I notified them of the issue, identified the issue and fixed it, at no cost to me. Now they didn't have to do this. They probably could have denied responsibility and blamed someone else but they didn't do that. They fixed the problem without any delay.It's great to deal with a company who looks our for their customers. Something I am finding to be quite rare these days.Thank you guys.

I had this company come and quote and wanted them to install my roof vents and found them to be lacking in organisation. They lost my email details 3 times. I then had a quote and the important details of installed positions details were wrong and started cutting into my new roof in the first instant where there was no roof space. They had to repair the damage with a plastic cover. My wife had told installer that I would be home shortly to show position of garage roof, he agreed. When I got home he had cut another hole top of the garage in the wrong position, causing over $3000 damage to the front of my house on my roof. The comunication was poor prior to instal I had personally went into the office telling the secretary there was no upper level because it had no roof space and there was 2 sections of lower level, I also told the person who quoted the job. He was supposed to called back but never did. I was then sent an invoice to be paid asap on agreement of instal and was a financial pity that I ever got these incompetent people in the first place. I did the right thing and paid. Still waiting for my call to remedy the situation and I assume they have lost my number.

This is our second skylight installed by Brisbane Skylights and once again the whole process from first contact to quote to installation was very friendly and efficient with great communication. Liam was very professional throughout the installation and even went literally above and beyond the job to check our tiles while he was on the roof. Our entrance hallway is now beautifully lit and welcoming - no more lights required during the day!

So happy with the whole process & the outcome was amazing! Starting from your salesman who was very efficient & not pushy at all right through to our installer, Ron. Ron turned up on time, made sure we were happy with the placement and quickly completed the installation within about 45 minutes even though it was just starting to rain! It is so rare to find a business that delivers an outstanding customer focused product & delivers on their promises. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using this company.

We struggled to get some suppliers to even engage us for a quote for our Solar vents. From beginning to end Brisbane Skylights & Ventilation Systems kept their promises, provided a clearly itemised quote on two units for our property. On installation day the technician was prompt and fast in installing both units. The slimline units look great on the roof, and work well. Since then our house has been much cooler and we are enjoying the efficiency of our new Solar Star units.

had a new build with a Dark ensuite off the master. spoke to the team and they arranged a appointment in the coming week. turned up o tie and what a difference! had the cheapest option installed the ecotube. more than enough. cannot recommend these guys enough!

From quite to installation - Brisbane Skylights were professional, friendly and on time! They cleaned up afterwards and even fixed a leaking air con tube! The results are fantastic - have really brought the light into the dark side of our house. Well worth it.

Professional right from in home quote to installation.Communication was excellent.
