Great experience with the team at Andersens Coorparoo. I had my 3 bed apartment re-carpeted and the team delivered a good value and high quality product in a relatively tight turnaround.

Andersens Coorparoo installed carpet for me last week. They made the whole process easy for me. They organised appts quickly and were timely in attending same. Len laid the carpet well and worked in a speedy tidy manner. I am very happy with the professional manner business was conducted by all members of the business. Carpet look great!

This is the second job we have had done by Dino and the team (this home and a rental property we previously owned). Excellent service, fantastic installers and an unbeatable quote. Could not be happier with the results so we cannot recommend Andersens Coorparoo highly enough. Another thing we really appreciated was the fact that Dino listened to what we wanted and was happy to advise us but there was no hard-sell. Refreshing by today's standards. Thank you Dino. Booked a measure and quote was told the quote would be ready in 2 days. Had to chase it up a week later. Asked for product info and acoustic information on the flooring, had to wait another week. In the end asked for a quote with an underlay under the flooring and was told he would but never heard back. At this stage I wasn't going to be chasing it up any more so moved on to a different company. I asked at one stage would someone else at Andersen's be able to help with the product info I needed and this was ignored and I was told via text to 'please be patient'. Such a waste of time.Went with a different company who came out and did a measure and quote, all the product info I needed and quote was sent to me within 24 hours and they didn't make me feel like a nuisance

This was one of the worst experiences l’ve ever had from start to finish. I did have an issue with some moisture near one of the windows once the flooring was removed. That wasn’t Andersons fault. The way it was handled was disgraceful. From there l felt dumped. No support or guidance was offered. Lack of communication, poor customer service, silicone marks left on the rigid core planks, incorrectly told to use turps to remove those marks, scotias missing and l continually had to chase up everything. No warranty or information on how to care for the planks have been offered. I would not recommend Andersons at Coorparoo.

Despite two follow up emails we just literally never got a quote for blinds and never got a response to our email regarding the quote for flooring being itemised. Ended up using a completely different provider.
