Never had an issue while dealing with Nelson Alexander in Flemington, the staff there are great. Sheridan was the most recent property manager I’ve dealt with.Any issue was dealt with promptly and always in a professional manner no matter how big or little the problem was.Thanks for the great service guys!

If you are thinking of using Nelson Alexander as your Property Managers- DONTWe recently purchased a property using Nelson Alexander, and used them as our property manager. The few months that we used their services, was a complete shamble. We received our first rent in September 2022 it took multiple contact attempts for us to get our statement which was sent over on 23 December 2022. We had zero visibility of money coming in and money going out. In the last month we used Nelson Alexander, our rent was late, we chased up the property manager for weeks with zero response, frustrated I called the office who then told me the direct debit failed- when I asked if the tenant was made aware of this- the response was no there's nothing to alert them of the failure. It then took a further few weeks for us to finally receive the rent (which I do not blame our tenants for and thank our new agent for securing for us). We switched agents, Nelson A couldn't provide the entry condition report or safety inspection report, it took multiple attempts from our new agents to receive the tenant ledger an other documents which one would think they should have readily on hand.Nelson A sent me an email asking if they could get additional access to the building- we approved this and they sent a locksmith out and we believed this was done (we were charged for it) when we asked for these Nelson A said they had never asked and didn't have it- we forwarded the email trail of them asking and were then told they never received the access so who knows what we paid for as we haven't been able to track down the additional access fob.We met our tenants following engaging a new agent they advised us that on move in day Nelson A didn't have the keys for the apartment (they definitely had them from us) which caused them stress on move in day as they had a moving truck there at the property and needed the keys to get access they also never received their mail box key, rent was deduced at random times of the month so it was difficult for them to track where they were up to with rent and they were never told of the failed direct debit or that they were behind, they had lodged service requests with Nelson A for broken pipes for months, Nelson A promising that 'they would get someone to look at it'- we were never advised of the broken pipes and due to being broken for months they caused more damage- how can we authorize a fix if Nelson A didn't even tell us - we organized and it was fixed within 24 hours. This is an absolute joke. Hearing the horrible experience that our tenants had on the other side of Nelson A's property management confirmed that we made the right choice to take our business elsewhere. I wish we had done it sooner or never engaged Nelson A in the first place.

By far the worst realestate I have ever dealt with. The property manager ignored calls, texts and emails for maintenance items. Never returning calls or actually reaching out to the owner. I had to call one of the realestates directors to get our front door fixed after constantly following up with the property manager.After the realestate not disclosing the living situation and being next to an alcoholic abusive neighbour which led to him assaulting my partner, they wouldn’t let us leave our apartment early. And after tireless emails requesting additional precautions be added to our house to make it safe, the property manager responded when doing the bond check “I didn’t know about the crazy neighbour until I experienced him yesterday”….

I have had the great pleasure of dealing with Aaron from Nelson Alexander Flemington He is my property manager. Always well presented, prompt, considerate and ensures every avenue is covered in leasing, showing the property, and suggesting improvements. He works up and above what other agents have done in the past. I have no hesitation recommending Aaron to family, friends and anyone else looking for a great property manager.

Changing managing agent proved to be such a relief ! Sheridan was very professional and easy to talk to. I felt that my needs was being heard and she found us a tenant in a timely manner.
