The team at Snap Printing in Newstead (formerly Ann St) are rockstars.I called Talia from Alberta, Canada with a somewhat unusual request, which I needed to be printed pronto. Talia was extremely helpful and very gracious to my request. The digital files were uploaded and printed the same day. I can’t thank you enough for printing this project. It has enabled us to deliver a special gift to our daughter to celebrate her 21st Birthday when we couldn’t be there with her in person in Brisbane.I highly recommend reaching out to Talia and the team at Snap Printing for any of your professional printing needs.

Couldn't recommend them enough! Talia and her team are nothing short of amazing.I had to put in a very very last minute order for 300 brochures for an event and Talia made this very stressful situation so easy! They got these brochures done quicker then I had hoped was even possible and then her team even went on to help me organise delivery to the event when our pick up plan fell through.Will definitely be going here for all our future printing needs!

Brian Larsen provided really wonderful service - I called with an urgent and very last minute order and he helped me to get it done (helping me correct my order mistakes!), and it was delivered ahead of time. Brian and the team were so very very helpful. I needed my order in a couple of days and it was done ahead of time. The quality of paper chosen for the job was excellent and the print colours bright and vibrant. Brian went above and beyond to fix an error I had made in setting up the document. I called and have been assisted by Brian. Nothing was a problem! After calling another local Snap location nearby and receiving service that I wouldn't wish on anyone, just regular service would have sufficed but Brian has gone above and beyond. Brian is an extremely friendly, efficient and hard working person who is a natural at customer service and I implore you to give him a bonus/pay rise/holiday. Such a well deserving person!
