Absolutely horrible. Staff can be rude not to mention, I got my thirds on my lobe done about a month ago and ever since I’ve had nothing but trouble with them, they have blood blisters and have been nonstop infected, the backs for the earrings they gave me were way too tight. I followed all the care instructions by using their antiseptic spray everyday and carefully cleaning. And this happened anyways. The piercings themselves are EXTREMELY crooked and did not get a chance to check them before the lady working pierced.

After hearing bad experiences with Skinkandy I decided to get my nose pierced yesterday here. The piercing looks good but the customer service from the piercer could have been nicer. I work in retail/customer service and this lady acted as if she didn’t want to be there.The lady at the counter however had lovely customer service.

Got my ears pierced on a whim and they fit me in immediately. She measured 3 times to make sure they were perfect and it didn't hurt a bit. Very friendly and professional

28/5/22Staff arrived at 9:00am to start opening up the store, spoke to staff about the pain I was having from the piercings they provided, was told to wait as they needed to set up the store first, come back later when there ready. Was the only one in the store and had to wait? Maybe if they could turn up to work on time they would be ready to receive customers at opening

Booked in to get a piercing. The lady who did the piercing was amazing but the customer service woman on Saturday 16th April was rude and disrespectful. I've been in customer service for over 20 years and I have never experienced such rudeness. We travelled 7 hours to come to this store as we are out west. If she doesn't like people or want to be there, she needs to find another job. Hence 3 stars!
