For the last 2 years I have gone to several audiologists to get my hearing aids programmed to my satisfaction.As a musician I am too aware of an unsatisfactory “ear”Recently I found Melissa Fu at Neutral Bay Specsavers, how fortunate I am. Melissa did tests that I have not witnessed before, followed by generous time to answer all my questions and then follow up to see if all was satisfactory. Thank you Melissa for your expertise and willingness with time to make sure my ears were totally satisfied.

I have been using Specsavers for my glasses for years now and have always found them to be very professional in every way.The staff are always very helpful and fun to deal with. This suits my budget and my creative bent, I’ve always found styles for reading glasses that suit my artistic streak at an affordable price.

Website is poor and very misleading ( search filter Multi focal, brings up lots of discount frames, in store told none were suitable for multi focal). Sales people pushed the up sell hard. Glasses took ages to arrive ( three plus weeks) and were totally incorrect frames when they did. Staff tried to talk me into incorrect Blue frames. Had to re wait for correct items. And made to pay full price. No discount almost no apology. Contacted Head office, they didn’t care. “It’s a branch problem”

Great experience. Richard was a very warm and welcoming expert optometrist, was very cooperative and helpful conducting thorough full eye test, and gave perfect advice and accurate recommendations. Michelle on the other hand was a very cheerful, patient and welcoming sales assistant. She helped me in suggesting multiple great pairs of glasses, and also gave me a good deal. This store and the staff here are absolutely recommended! :)

Good service but I'd like to see a more sensible offering of glasses cases. Need a very large bag to carry them, or go for the soft case which doesn't provide enough protection.

This review didn't even deserve 1 star. I have been a customer at specsavers service neutral Bay for years and always happy with the customer service. Today I walked in to talk to them about a mistake with my contact lenses that I picked up yesterday, they had the wrong prescription, the manager who is called Anea received my contact lenses and told me that they did the contact lenses based on an external prescription they have in the system from May" which by the way is totally different to what I have and that's why my contact lenses are different

Have been a customer for many years - great value, and really great service. My wife has to wear glasses for the first time, and went to OPSM in Mosman without me knowing...my jaw hit the floor when I found out what they were about to charge her! Have sent her to Specsavers in Neutral Bay instead, and she's delighted.

Front of house staff were helpful (2 stars) but the optometrist should perhaps work on his customer skills. Didn’t seem interested in interacting and only passed on information regarding the deterioration of my eyes at the door when he handed over to the sales consultant. He then told me not to worry it comes with aging!PS- please DON’T ask me to contact you
