Smooth Motion Remedial Massage
Well, it seems i fell asleep and pushed some weird buttons causing a negative/weird review. My Massage was fine. Think ill be heading back for another one quite soon! I could perhaps give a four star but I rarely think things are perfect.

My Husband and I have been seeing Louise for a few years. We both work a very physical job and mountain bike ride. Louise's knowledge has been fantastic, and she's helped us enormously when we're really struggling with pain/movement. We highly recommend Louise.

Smooth motion , is in a great spot in central Ballarat and heaps of parking is available.The treatment rooms are very well heated in winter and cool in summer , very comfortable.Louise is absolutely fantastic.In 21 years of hairdressing, I struggle to find someone that knows what's going on with my body ,And Lou ise nails it every time.I see Louise once a month for a remedial massage treatment and I walk out feeling amazing afterwards.I Would highly recommend.

I walked into Louise's room yesterday with significant pain in my shoulder, tension all over my back, generally feeling tight, exhausted and tired.An hour and a bit later I walked out: Straight, upright, no more pain, breathing freely and feeling relaxed!Wonderful :-)

Smooth Motion Remedial Massage
I had a massage today on a sore achilles. Louise was fantastic. She spent just the right time understanding my lifestyle, how i acquired the injury and my expectations of the session. Louise then expertly located and massaged the appropriate areas to give me instant relief. Louise then had a great chat afterwards and recommended how i could best avoid the injury again. A fantastic experience and i would highly recommend for sportspeople! :)
