Excellent customer service by Casey! She really listened to my needs and what I was looking for and then went above and beyond to help me. I have had the best nights sleep on my new mattress than I have had in a very long time so I am eternally grateful! Was also great to chat and have a laugh in difficult times. Thank you Casey :)

Bought a $5,000 leather lounge and when it was delivered it had a scratch in the leather, contacted them about it and about 4 weeks later someone finally turned up and just put some texta/paint on it, it’s not even the same colour and hardly looks better. Will never spend another $ with them again

We had an amazing experience with these guys, Greg looked after us on our first visit when we were looking for appliance's for our new kitchen, he was super knowledgeable and gave us a great price on everything. I was very happy when he made some phone calls and managed to get a tap fast tracked to fit our kitchen install. I then returned a few weeks ago as our washing machine died and Greg helped again and really looked after me. Thanks once again.

We were able to purchase what we wanted, however the sales person reaked of cigarette. Not very pleasant for non smokers.However the delivery team were Great, having our new machine installed and old one taken away. Great service. Thanks

We ordered an outdoor lounge in October 2019, received it in February 2020 and a couple of pieces were damaged so they took them back and ordered a completely new lounge so the colour batch was the same. Then we waited until May and then when they delivered it there was one Red chair and the rest was white, so they took that one away and ordered it again. Today end of June 2020 we receive the new piece and it is wrong again! I was told by the Manager that my only options are to order the piece again and wait or they will give me full refund. They still have the original damaged piece in the warehouse , I said I’ll give them $100 for it and leave it at that , no can’t do that . What are they going to do with it? They could get it off their hands and have a satisfied customer but would rather give me full refund, dissatisfied customer and a used whole outdoor lounge on their hands. Good work Karen from Domain furniture!!!! Not happy

Superb friendly staff who are very switched on and know what you’re after minutes after your browse. Yet you don’t feel being rushed.

Great place to shop from, furniture, electronic devices, outdoor seating, beds, fridges..etcYou can find some great deals twice a year here, an they do good customer services.
