Today I went here with my mother looking for flowers to put on a cake for my nans 80th Birthday.We waited patiently for 10 minutes while she was on the phone. I could see into this section of the store with all these different bunches of flowers on the floor in buckets and I noticed what I needed straight away so I went to have a look she then quickly told me I could not go past the line into that area so I continued to wait.. then my mother went to tell the rest of the family waiting in the car we’re gonna be a little longer then expected and the rude lady serving us said to me “ what, couldn’t she wait? In a sarcastic tone” and I defended what my mum was doing leaving the store.I told the lady what I was after and she said she was closing in 5 minutes and I could only buy what was on display only. Which was very limited and over $60 in price where I only needed a select few for a cake.She offered to add flowers I needed into the $60 bunch at an additional price so we decided to try the next store.As we turned to leave through the doors she turned the lights off before we even left the building.We went to the Tugun fruit and flower shop and received the best service and got what we needed at half the price.Overall experience very negative.A little help goes a long way.

Holy smokes I am blown away by Coolangatta Florist. They were so helpful and accomodating to courier my order after a particular time to ensure that the flowers arrived at the right time and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Summer substituted in some peonies when another flower in the bunch was available due to mother's day, and they perfected suited. Also, the size of the bunch were phenomenal, if you want a statement bunch, definitely buy from Cooly Florist!

My mother, sisters, friends and self have been the fortunate receivers of any number of superb and wonderful floral arrangements that take our breath away. We regularly order flowers for our AirBnB and Summa carefully matches the flowers with what we know about our guests. So grateful!
