Iam a local chef. I had the breakfasf burrito. Was hands down the best breakfast ive had in a long time and my double shot latte was on point. 10/10. Highly recommended

Enjoyed our cappuccinos and sweet treats here. Busy cafe but plenty of seating and cheerful friendly staff, very efficient. Coffee consistently good.

Went once and will NEVER go back.Ordered a toasted ham and tom s/w - asked for wholemeal bread - an extra $1.50 - requested some onion be added - an extra $3!Would not recommend - far better cafes in the Bay to frequent.

My wife and I have been there twice. It's hard to pinpoint exactly why, but the cafè has negative, unfriendly vibes. There are numerous notices throughout the cafè telling customers what they are not allowed to do. Don't do this. Don't do that. Even just entering the cafe I had this sense of rules and wondering if I was doing things correctly. OK, it's the owner's cafe and they can set rules as they see fit, but there is a way to communicate this. I felt almost on edge the whole time I was there both times. (There will be no third time.)The service was not that friendly or 'can do' also. When I asked the person who brought our teas to the table for some sugar, she just directed me to a nearby table, ie she would not bring it to me. I had to get up and get it myself. Sure I could do that but how about serving the customer?As for prices, we found it a bit pricey but the food was ok. Not fantastic but ok.I walked out feeling bad and that's no way to have your customers feel if you want them back.

Uncle Joe's Cafe
We had breakfast at Uncle Joe's this morning, sitting in the warming sun.The service and the coffee were great but the breakfast itself went to the next level. Buttered pano toast (plenty of butter) covered with perfectly prepared scrambled eggs accompanied by many slices of fresh tomato and avocado - all at a reasonable price.We will be back.

Great cafe! Staff were friendly and service was really quick.Great menu choices and plenty of seating both indoors and outside.They also had shelving with a gift range as well.

Really lovely and caring staff, go ladies! I accidentally ordered the wrong dish and the staff were very accomodating and remade my meal. Super quick service. Would recommend.

Ligma kept spitting in my food and put a fridge in my coffee, the guy addressed my pronouns wrong HE called me maam but im xy/rex/furry/mother/tractor. never again. *angry noises* *break dances* *cries* *leaves room and smashes door*
