Even though the problem with my external hard drive ended up being something requiring a lab, I was really appreciative of Kirk's patient and kind customer service. He kept me posted when he was testing my hard drive, and when the issue was not one PC Medic could fix he was very helpful referring me on. Thank you Kirk! PS - One Track were able to retrieve most of my data, thanks again.

I have used PC Medic since they started.In fact the first Computers I first took in for repair was still running fine until I retired it.I have taken several computers in for repair over the years andevery time the fault was repaired on the 1st time.He explains the problem it terms I can even understand and always carries out the work without fuss on time and doesn't charge a fortune.Would highly recommend PC Medic .

I took my laptop in to have the touchscreen replaced 1st time touch didn’t work 2nd time took it in and he still didn’t fix it after charging me over $400 absolutely ridiculous.

They shortened their opening hours without updating their website, Google listing, FB or phone message - I knocked off work early and drove for an hour to pick up my laptop only to find a note on a closed door.
