We had a great deck built around pool in warrandyte . We were quoted 50 k to 80k by other companies . But Andrew did the job in 30 k . We were hesitant at the start but did hia fixed priced contract with them with warranty insurance and result was amazing . Lucky we covered by 7 year insurance too .

Most of the deck was fine but they put a join in the frame without a support underneath and part of the deck sagged and they never came out to fix it despite many requests. We couldn't fit glass balustrade with the area sagging. Extremely disappointed with the lack of follow up and that it was built in that way in the first place!!!

This is not a company!!!!! More like scam artists who are incapable of using a drill and run off with customers hard earned money or don’t complete the job to standard. This company has had numerous complaints made against them by VCAT. These men are of Indian decent who pose as father and son. They have been scamming people all over Melbourne for the last 2 years. Other businesses advertised by these dispicable people are also, Southern Decking and landscaping, Ideck builders, A.M decks and Kraft Homes to be aware of. If anyone has had or has underlying issues with this so called company or has had a problem bringing these people to justice and finding them, I am more than happy to give information on this family to stop this from happening to anyone else!!

Do not trust these dodgy builders. If you've had any decks built by them I'd worry about your foundations. These guys used less than half the amount of quickset concrete, and when we asked them to remove it 3 days later it was still wet, cracking and chalky. Kept on lying to us even after other builders, concreters and bunnings confirmed they were in the wrong. Intimidating and untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs.

Be Aware,dont trust this Guy.He supplies subsatndard material and non professional people.He complately lied.Hasn't provide me Invoice and took money from me and never returned calls.I dont know his details.Please,someone provide me,his datails as much as you have.So i can take him to justice for his unprofessional work and damage to my property.They are not professional builders,they dont know how to build deck and nail/screw it. AVOID at all costs. Substandard and dodgy!I am going to take all setps to sue him for my damadges.

We had a great deck built in November last year. They do a fantastic job but the work is very pricey at just over $19000, although it is a big deck. The day after it was built, we noticed black marks came up on the deck after the rain. We called them and they said they will come and wash the black marks off. ( I think the marks were from drilling etc the pergola metal and then it lands on the deck wood and in wet it turns black). We are still waiting for him to come and wash the black marks off and it's nearly March. (He even set a day when he would come and never turned up or phoned). We are cleaning it ourselves today and hoping the black marks come off. So yes don't expect any after sale service. The pergola leaked and they did come back to fix that but it still leaks in one spot.

Thanks to the ideck builder team give me Incredible product, and even better service! Very affordable, outstanding service the whole way through and mush more natural looking.Will be using this again!

Work was superb, group was proficient and simple to manage. Andrew dealt with every one of the permits as well! Would definitely recommend them to anybody searching for a high quality deck.

The IDeck Team are honestly so professional and proactive. They went above and beyond, I was beyond happy with the results and that the job was completed on time and on budget. I'm looking forward to my next renovation. It's so hard to find trustworthy honest trades. Absolutely worth a call you won't be disappointed. Thanks again guys
