the showers were mouldy and the food was bad. it was so cold when we camped out and it rained when we were in tents on a mountain. not fun. The cabins were cold and there were no clocks so you couldn't see the time to get out of your cabin. Some people were put into groups with friends but not all.

Hi,I recently stayed for 4 days at Camp Marysville. The activities were fun, but the room was a whole different story. The rooms are like mini houses, originally created for refugee housing after the bushfires, so you can imagine what they are like. When we arrived, everyone was told that the cleaner was not finished and to leave our bags on our beds, and the cleaner would finish it by dinner. Anyway, it wasn't cleaned. The cabin was disgusting!!! Wrappers from food were all over the floor, ants from the leftover food, mud, and a hole in the wall. The worst room was the bathroom. The floor had pools of water on it from uneven lino, a now-brown towel in the sink, toilet paper unraveled all over the floor, and a moldy shower curtain. To the point where we collectively decided not to use the bathroom. We found a cabin nearby that was empty and showered in that one instead, but we were not allowed to move there. The next morning at breakfast, we asked our group leader to follow up on why it wasn't cleaned. On day two, it still wasn't cleaned. We asked our head of year and other camp leaders to ask. On day 3, the camp coordinator came to our cabin to inspect what was wrong. They removed the unraveled toilet paper and hung up the rank towel. So, they completely ignored their responsibility of providing a sanitary place to sleep. On day 4, we were leaving after an early lunch, so we just cleaned the cabin ourselves. Let's put it this way, we left the cabin cleaner than we found it. The time I had on camp with my friends was great, but this just loomed over our entire cabin for the entire trip, and I hope no one else has to experience this.

A very good and convenience place to do camping either small or big group. Their accommodation and hall are perfect. There is facilities for some activities. It would also be better to do some playground for kids because the kids looking for playground when we did a camp event.

We've used Camp Marysville for 5 times now. The cabin/rooms were good for the price. We have about 120 people and the main/dinning hall fits all of us and have about 1/3 of the space left. The kitchen area is clean and have enough storerooms to store food for 120people for 4days 3 nights. The cabins we stayed has air-con and heater. The shower was pretty new, seem like they have just renovated.only missed 1 star (would have give 4.5 stars if i could) because we have to clean the big dinning hall up after... it pretty big for 2 person to clean so make sure you have a cleaning team to help. Also the staffs were not there in the office, but were on call if need be.Its also close to walking trails and got activities like MTB, rockclimbing etc at extra cost.
