Customer service is condescending- we raised an issue to do with a walker whose brake wasn't working after normal use for barely a month. Their very first response to us was:'However, we are very confused at your feedback. Apsire is one of the leading brands in Australia and one of the most sold in Australia for walkers. We never receive any quality issue complaints with these whatsoever. Especially the Superlite.'I hope you understand how dismissive it feels as a customer, especially when buying primary care products, to have a concern immediately shut down with the argument of 'everybody else is fine with it, so why aren't you?'. Voicing the assumption that we must be at fault because the idea of a well-reviewed product you sell being faulty is unthinkable to you? Your customer service is utterly unprofessional in your pride. In addition, you didn't even bother to ask further questions of its usage to investigate (which would've been fair practice), simply to conclude it as my grandfather's 'misuse'- this felt more intended to shut down our concerns, rather than to actually help us.Such poor form. This is even aside from the actual matter at hand (the walker which came faulty). The 'discretion' they mention in judging situations of faulty products are empty words- they'd rather dismiss you, move you off before they'd redirecting the responsibility straight to occupational therapists and the manufacturer before they'd bother trying to hear you out. Not sure if it's just the one customer support agent (Shane) or if it's representative of the company as a whole.EDIT: After an email conversation, they doubled down on this stance. Told us to just go to the manufacturer ourselves, backed with vacuous statistics such as '90% of the time these are adjustment issues with the brakes' and '95% of the time it’s not a major issue at all,' refusing any responsibility of their own. None of my complaints about the customer service attitude were addressed.Good luck to those purchasing here, hope your products don't turn out faulty because you'll have to deal with a non-existent faulty product policy and neglectful customer service. They seem to think since they are retailers rather than the manufacturers that they are wholly devoid of accountability for product liability.

Hello. I wanted to mention that I paid a delivery charge that I thought was mentioned for same day delivery. I did not receive my parcel until the afternoon of the following day. I have the product on hand so cannot review at this stage. Thank you.

Return policy is not good enough. I have purchased a item online and tried to cancel it within 24hrs due to a change in the requirements. At the time they have not even dispatched the item. But their answer was “No” as per the policy. If the item been dispatched or if I tried to cancel it after receiving then I can understand their point. But customers should be able to cancel the order before Rapid Medical dispatch. Suggest people to look for other providers before use Rapid MedicL Supplies.

I wanted to buy a portable suction grab bar.It was on special, but showed as being out of stock.I used the on-line chat facility to enquire when more stock might be available. My chat request was answered quickly and I was advised that stock WAS actually available - and that the situation would be rectified straight away.A minute or so later I was advised that the problem was rectified and that three of the grab bars were actually in stock.I ordered one immediately. I was given free express postage and my grab bar arrived in less than 24 hours.This was very impressive service.

very misleading, saying same day dispatch, but even with express shipping, will take 5-6 days to arrive. Tried to cancel the order once found out about the delay, I need it by Sat at the latest, but they would not and said no refund if I send it back. Poor customer support, be warned. Lots of unhappy reviews, same issues, are the positive reviews from Malaya?

Purchased a walker for Mum as it is now required inside the house as well as outside.Communications and speed of delivery were excellent and helped reduce a very heightened scenario at the time, getting ready for her to come home.

Ordered on April 2, today is April 20, no delivery. I have emailed twice and all they do is resend me the tracking info I already have. I have had several deliveries of things ordered a week after this order and they have arrived. Service is showing their name to be very misleading, no rapid here.Keep away.Orange NSW is not remote. Its a major regional centre. The excuse that its remote is just a lie
