My 4 year olds haircut was perfect, but more importantly, it was such a positive experience for my nervous boy. The lady took the time to explain things and for the first time he didn’t panic halfway through. Couldn’t recommend her enough (just wish I could remember her name!). I’m saying that, all the staff were super friendly from the moment we walked in. Don’t forget to get the app to join the queue early!

Great service. Took the toddler here for a cut, first time getting a fade. They gave him a popper and lollipop to distract him.

Got a really top cut last night. Was worked on by Steve. Great bloke. We are of similar age and thoughts so it was nice to chill out , get a cut alongside an interesting and intelligent chat. Did not feel rushed in the slightest even though it was Thursday night late shopping and they were absolutely packed. Great system with the longer wait times to have the option of getting a call at the time specified to come in and get sorted. Whilst only slightly more expensive than a regular barber you get a drink complimentary and a much much more pro job. Booked an appt to get hair done I normally spend around $180 here every two weeks. Got to my time they said sorry you have to wait another 30 nins. Hopeless service you just lost a good client.

Sara is an exceptional hairstylist who gave me a fantastic haircut. She listened carefully to my requests and provided excellent suggestions that enhanced the final result. The attention to detail and precision in her work were impressive, and I left feeling confident and satisfied with my new look. I highly recommend Sara for anyone looking for a skilled and professional hairstylist.

I come here regularly. When I arrived today the touch screen out the front was malfunctioning so I made a booking with front desk at 10:35am. They told me it would be a 45 minute wait. It is now 12:00. I have had the ladies come out 3 times and tell me this time would be extended by 5 minutes. I've waited over 90 minutes and am still sitting in the waiting area out the front. This is poor customer service and I will no longer be coming to this barber shop. Disgusting customer service.

Really really bad hair cut I wouldn’t mind paying double to whatever they charged me if only right. I should have said something on the spot but in my utter disappointment chose to walk away. But a lesson learned not going back. Not even worth the time me filling this out but thought this is such a bad hair cut deserves mentioning.

Service was excellent and receptionist was really friendly and the barber I had was excellent he was 17 but had an extensive knowledge of cutting hair. Highly recommend to go

Alex is an awesome barber, takes his time with your hair, is very consistent and makes my hair even with no lines and overall the cut is always clean, neat and styled well. I have had him twice now and will ask for him every time I visit.

They charge me 55 for cut my hair and they’re not worth it. 5 dollars and they damage my hair,, and is the worst Barber in my life it’s apprenticeship it’s not professional
