The team was great. I had 2 of the same laptops that were gotten here and they both needed to be replaced each time the team was very help full. on the second one breaking i was able to switch laptops because the laptop that i was using kept on needing to be replaced. 10 out of 10 the team was relay great the IT expert, the cashiers and the manager were all great.

Needed a new fridge and picked a Hisense one. Asked the sales person when delivery would be and was informed that it would be Thursday. I told her that delivery would have to be in the morning as we were still moving between 2 addresses. She asked what suburb I was in and informed me delivery would be in the morning. Day before delivery I was informed delivery would be in the afternoon and there was no way of changing it. Very poor JB just tell the customers what they want to hear to get a sale. Aftercare non-existent, when we contacted the delivery depot manager we were told there was nothing he could do. Been a loyal customer for years but this definitely will determine where I buy next time.

I have made two big purchases from this JB Hifi recently and both have been the best experiences. Anybody looking for any Apple product, I highly recommend to go in and see David. He is amazing and knows everything there is to know. He made my purchase of an apple computer and monitor feel so easy, I came out more educated about the products then I ever have been in my life. My other recent purchase was a fridge all done over the phone thanks to Kim. She arranged delivery the next day and it was a completely faultless experience. Great staff at this store, 10 out of 5 from me!!

Zac is an asset to this store. We received great customer service from him. I have been to this store many times and had mostly good experiences. Today was the best yet.

The extended warranty JB hi fi sells is a scam. I have had issues with my tv and have had a claim in since January 2023. As per their own policy someone from the repair company would have came within 2 business days of the claim we didn't have anyone come through till mid March after I kept following up.Then once they had the price quote in late March. Which I had to contact them multiple times to get an update. After contracting they again in last week. I get an answer they are waiting on part with no approx time frame. After making compliants to them I get a call suddenly parts have arrived and they are coming to fix the TV up. Next morning when they are ment to arrive to fix the TV (Video factory) I get a call from video factory that they don't have parts yet. I tell the lady to contact Extended warranty team to let them know. Her reply to me was that's not our job to inform them. Which shocked me coz it's a contract between extended warranty and video factory.After multiple contacts no one has called back all agents from the extended warranty team keep saying they will contact me within 24 hrs.Legalized scamming company.

Have dealt with Leah from JBHIFI Orion a couple of times and on both occasions she has provided a level of customer service that has blown my expectations. She really does go above and beyond for her customer and in a manner which conveys nothing is ever too much trouble! I highly recommend this store for her service alone and all other staff I have had interactions with have been lovely! 10/10!!

I came in for a refund after I was told incorrect information about the laptop I purchased recommended to me by at IT person. I was also sold extra care despite knowing what it was for or any information about it. I asked to speak to the manager and after waiting for a ridiculous amount of time, I was rudely spoken to by the bald manager, who made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Absolutely rude and terrible service which is sad because my kids and I have been going here for a while. Will definitely be looking at different stores now.

I stopped in because the interweb told me that they had a race simulator chair in stock.The sales assistant was very professional, hunting the box down in the store and apologised that it too a little while.As I waited I was impressed by the range in the store and the way it was laid out.The person at the checkout was friendly and she even laughed at my dad jokes.This was a good experience.

Do not buy from this store they are fraudstersI brought a Xbox S and returned it early last week as it couldn’t connect to wifi, I was told I’d get a refund in 2-3 days, has been a week have not received anything , not even pending on my bank account. Went back yesterday and they said “there’s nothing we can do” wait another 7 days when clearly money isn’t going to go in, I always have gotten refunds instantly, it was $399 a lot of money to steal from a customer. Have referred to ombudsman and will be sending police to store if money not in account by lunchtime tomorrow, as I am a victim of fraud and theft .Wouldn’t recommend anyone deal with this company.

Super helpful sales person, she went above and beyond for me. Really gave me all the info so I could make my decision. I got a Marshall portable speaker and the Marshall ear buds, both are awesome.
