The ad says quality assured. Haha what a joke.The fridge lasted just long enough to be out of its 12month warranty.My advice for prospective buyers is to forget about this one, if you cannot afford an Engel, then get a fridge with the longest warranty available, because you will need it.

Ordered a shredder on the 7/11/22 now 15/11/22 ETA was 2 days with parcel tracking. Company wants a photo of the bank card and driver's license to verify purchase as supposedly my purchase is a suspicious transaction. The only thing suspicious is you may become a victim of identity fraud because you ain't going to get what you paid for if you trust these people.

The Taurus Legend car/camping refrigerator is one of the best things we have ever bought. But not only is it a great shopping/picnic/camping asset ... it also came with excellent after-sales service. One day, the unit began beeping for no obvious reason and although the temperature remained constant, the beeping continued. I emailed Taurus Legend, described the problem, and Bryan emailed the information I needed to make a simple adjustment! It's a pleasure to deal with you, Bryan. Thank you.

I purchase a 21 Tonne air trolley jack last year and it stopped working a few weeks after I purchased it. I contacted this company and they where very helpful in send many solution videos, which unfortunately did not fix the jack. I sent the part that was not working back to them and they happily replaced it so now my jack works. Reading a few of the reviews I was worried, the secret is to be patient with them they will return the emails and find a solution.

I purchased the Taurus Legend 40L fridge in January, this year. I wanted to wait a few months until leaving a review. I have been using this fridge f/t for 2 years in my Coaster MoHo. I am really happy with its performance. The fridge has never skipped a beat, while I have driven on steep and sometimes rough roads. It is definitely economical with battery power. I like the more compact design of this fridge also, it is shorter in length than most fridges, not much taller, and thus, it takes up less valuable space! I'd recommend using the cover to help with energy retention too.As for the service from TL staff. The fridge was delivered with lightning speed. Regarding personal aspects of service, I was not impressed by their disregard of product questions that I sent via email - completely ignored several emails. They did not answer the phone on the couple of times that I called. Lacklustre personal service.Otherwise, I totally recommend their fridges, as they are so much more affordable than big name brands and seem to be performing equally as well as them too, as I previously owned a Waeco that lasted just 3 years..

I bought a 40 litre, it packed up 3 months out of warranty, ( gas leaked ) , I had actually used it for 3 months then another 3 months the following year, the supplier told me it was not worth repairing and that they only last a year or 2, $400.00 bucks blown. Don't waste your money them.
