Did not return multiple attempts to contact (8 times). You'd be better off listing your house/trying to buy or rent through Facebook, to be honest. Or pinning a notice in at Coles. Or just giving up and living out of your car.

5 star service compared to the 1 other real estate agent in town.

What is going on with this place? It has the worst customer service we’ve experienced to date. They don’t return phone calls or emails. The girls in the office seem lost and there appears to be no management of this establishment taking control. Is this a real estate or a circus? Who ever runs this establishment needs to pull their finger out and get organised or hire someone to take over the management. I’ve heard nothing but bad things about this business for the past few years. Owing money, late paying bills, late paying bond back to tenants, disorganised, poor customer service (which we witnessed first hand) not managing properties professionally, poor communication, staff leaving due to these listed issues, the list is endless.

Still waiting for a phone call back from august 2018 when the agent visited our property with the intention to sell or rent. However we are not shocked by this service as we have experience this treatment from them before.

Had a lack of response from agent over a period of 2 weeks. Tried phoning with voicemails left numerous times with no response.

The ladies here are super friendly and helpful. Being new to town trying to find a rental is hard but I popped in to say hello and they had me looking at properties the next day! Assisted me with the application process and provided good follow up. And the best part is they actually really genuinely care and will do whatever they can to help you when you're a good tenant. Thanks for the warm welcome to Kununurra ladies.
