After I made a cash contribution of $15k my funds were automatically locked in to preserved funds without any consultation or at least give me options/advice on the ability to redraw in the case of needing emergency funds. After i elected to roll-over my superannuation to another super fund there was not only a lag in the process (3weeks) there was $6,000 less in available funds in the process. Very unprofessional. This is what I get for my $3,500pa management fees, disgraceful

I like that fact that you are great people, and that our financial house is solid and only going from strength to strength, with our insurance coverage, super and investments outperforming from where they were initially.
